New DT card for Star Stampz Challenge blog

I have used the cute stamp Ballons and Icecream you find her here 

I have used Copics for coloring the digi stamp.

The background paper with clouds is made with a stencil from My Favourite Things and Distress Oxides

The clouds is a die from Im not sure but think its Lawn Fawn.
The little turquise cloud is a wood decoration.
